it is VERY VERY VERY rare that the FATHER EVER gets custody.
the mother has to do something(s) VERY VERY VERY wrong for the father to
get custody.

I'm not so fond of k-fed either but.... think about it

97. When Kevin Federline is the better parent in the room, there's a problem. The guy is a lowlife no-talent scuzzball and he still looks like a more responsible parent than her. Those poor kids of hers are doomed, unless someone gets them to a good foster home. This chick has proved and continues to prove that she cares for one one in this world but herself. The sad thing is, there are hundreds/thousands/millions of people who really want kids and cant have them, and then you have someone like Brittney Spears who cant see past her own nose. What a waste. Maybe a few years in jail would wake her up. We all know how it helped Paris. She continually contributes lots of $$$ weekly to club owners salaries.

98. #60 (and others), If there was no media following her around, she'd do something to get them back. I mean what really has she done of any value in the last few years? She acts all slutty, flashes her beaver and there, she has the media back. The paparazzi are just a pack of dogs who follow whatever makes noise. She won't go away because the media know people will eat it up. Go to a magazine rack and count the number of magazines where she's on the cover.

She's a lot of things but the girl isn't stupid.

See her messing with KFed in the first place is coming back to bite her in her butless butt. K-Fed with pregnant Shar at the time. And his broke ass left her for MONEY. And Britney thought she was doing something taking pictures with Shar's lil girl without her consent (KFed gave his but he doesn't even have custody of that lil girl) So KFed and Britney made money off those pictures.....

She broke up a family and now look she's gotta pay KFed and then she has to watch as Shar brings her children over to the house and sets up parties plan dinners etc etc at KFeds house with HER money...uhuh shoulda left him alone. She's insecure...(she has reason to be she's not cute) She needs a mental hospital Quick...and don't compare her to Anna Nicole....Anna Nicole didn't treat herself right but she did her daggone best for her kids and would fight for them if she were in Britney's situation.

105. She is weaving dangerously close to a very, very steep cliff. And as entertaining as it may be for a few minutes to be a witness to her daily travails, I really don't want to see her go over. But she does seem absolutely hell-bent on it. Christina Aguilera may have called it first, when she remarked about Britney that "She's let herself go. I can't see a comeback on the cards."

And, hey, say whatever you will about K-Fed, but I have always thought that he demonstrated himself to be the better parent of Sean and JJ. He may not have any great talents as a performer, and I do not in any way condone what he did to Shar Jackson when he left her for Brit, nor do I condone his partying ways when the kids were babies. But I think he has way more emotional intelligence and sensibilities than Britney could ever have, and dare I say, more maturity. I think he adores his children, all of them. He reminds me of a "Mr. Mom," and I don't believe there is any shame in that whatsoever. Ideally children should be raised by mother and father, but when that's not possible, whomever is more into parenting should have primary responsibility in caring for them. And from all I've seen, Britney has never demonstrated that she digs it. Clearly she digs other things way more. Having them seems to get in her way, like a nagging nuisance or something.

That picture of Sean reaching over in his car seat to put his hand on JJ's arm to comfort him made me cry. The sadness in those boys' eyes absolutely breaks my heart.

What a tragic beginning of life for these children.
