TMZ Photog to Brit -- Remove Tire from Foot

Britney Spears got intimate with a TMZ photog yesterday -- she ran over his foot!


It happened -- ironically -- as Spears was leaving a Bev Hills medical building.

With one hand attempting to cover her freshly acquired Jolie-esque lips, Spears attempted to exit the parking lot in her Pumpkinmobile while using her other hand to steer. As she tried to make a quick left, with paparazzi by her side, Spears' tire ran over our sandal-wearing photog's foot. Spears stopped the car, trapping our guy for what must have seemed like 4 hours. Ouch!

Spears looked shocked once she realized what she'd done ... but didn't get out of the car to see if he was okay. Our photog went to the emergency room and fortunately, nothing was broken. But, in tire terms, it has not been a very Goodyear for our guy. It's rough out there!

81. brit should have ran his ass over. The pap needs to back off. He probably wants money for his ran over foot. I hope he does not get paid for that, becuzz he should not have been that close to her car. He deserves to have a crushed foot. If he had not been in her space he would not have gotten his foot smashed have you ever herd of 5 feet rule stupid. I bet when his has goes to the grocery store I bet he gives who evers in front of him 10 feet. There should be a law against that.

83. After all of the tears and concerns over the Princess Diana car incident, how on earth can anyone be so heartless to the plight of Britney Spears? There should be at least a 30yd invasion of space regulation for all press unless otherwise invited closer. How can anyone show concern for the photographer whose foot she ran over after he refused to move from in front of her car? The press doesn't have the right to surround or detain anyone. How long did the press think she was required to sit there and allow them to take pictures of her misery. The press goes too far and it is time that someone finally took a stand. I realize there is freedom of the press, but that so the public can be well informed not so that the press may hang on someone's car not allowing them to drive. Or as in the case of Diana, snapping flash after flash disabling the driver to be able to see which resulted in deaths. Did anyone ever press charges against those that were taking the pictures and if not, why? If this continues, this is will happen again and Britney is looking to be the next victim of the press.

89. The guy deserved it! I would of backed up and drivin forward a couple of times over his foot. It should be illegal to have all those people around a vehicle on a road in a drive through a parking garage or any where. It's unsafe and them when the ceeb hits something it cause their dumb . If it was me TMZ and the other tabloids would need other paps cause i would of hit em. TMZ rocks but back of people in the cars especially when they have their kids with em. Be the first to show some class or restraint.
