With all the money that celebs have why can't they get a law passed that makes the idiot photogs stay at least 50 or so yards away from their car, home, children, person.....GAWD are we just waiting for someone to die? This is not Brit's fault. It's the dumb photogs own stupidity. SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING.....CELEBS UNITE AND GET RESTRAINING ORDERS OR LAWS OR SOMETHING BEFORE SOMEONE DIES!

93. The pap is completely in the wrong. That's like me jumping in front of a moving knife, getting stabbed, and then blaming the guy holding the knife. NO SYMPATHY FOR THE PAP. Distance laws should be passed.

94. Why the hell was she driving anyhow?
Yes it was partly the paps fault for being to close, but she just had her lips done, and there was someone else in the car who was able to drive with both hands, so I say it was another bad choice on Brit's part, aside from the fact that she drove off without checking on the injuerd.!!

Look, even if someone is not in a cross walk, or runs into traffic, you still need to stop if you are involved in an accident.

95. Apparently Britt has enough going on in her life, why don't they just leave her alone!!! There are many different things happening in the world that are more inportant than this. Leave the poor girl alone and let her live her life. I blame the media for everything that she is going through. She can't do anything without a photographer being up her butt!

97. good. i am glad Brit ran over his foot. maybe that will teach them. they r cconstantly hounding her. LEAVE HER ALONE!!!!!!! every one is entitled to privacy, even the famous.
like the old saying " if u can't say something nice, or, in this case, take a nice pic, then KEEP UR MOUTH SHUT AND CAMERAS TURNED OFF!!!!!!!!! u just know that this just reeks of lawsuit. Brit should have backed up and ran over his foot again just for good measure.

never seen a pic with her in a seatbelt yet, i think that the law everywhere now.

but.. even if the pap doesn't sue, which as far as i can see, he hasn't a leg to stand on.. pun intended.. tho you know lawyers...

she left the scene of an addicent, hit and run... so she might end up in court for yet another thing now. paps or not, by law she has to stay at the scene when there is an accident, and running over someone's foot, while not that serious, is one.

when it rains, it pours... and it could have been prevented by her simply NOT GOING OUT. everyone could see this happening eventually.. there are docs who will come to your home to give minor injections.. you can friggen RENT tanning booths, there is deloivery for food and such.. or an assistant to get things that cannot be delivered.. a driver she could have hired so if something did happen.. she could atleast say she wasn't driving!

104. Clearly Britney wasn't as upset as reported. She looked more like she was covering her face so no one would see her laughing. I truly think she thinks that is funny. In a way, she thinks the pap deserves what they get. She might be right. Why can't you leave her alone? She is starved for attention that is why she puts herself out there everyday. If X17 would leave her alone for awhile, she might not go out and she could concentrate on more important things--like her life.

105. Papz said he was o.k. in the video, but today is a new day and I'm sure the fog has cleared now and he is seeing $$$$$$ signs. It was his fault, but she should have stopped and called the police at the scene, after all she is the one always wanting a police escort. This would have safed her a lot of new problems in the future. Had she made a report at the time this would have made her look somewhat responsible.
