I do not believe for one minute that Mr. Copperfield could or would be capable of anything as what he is being allegedly accused of in the media or by a woman who is definitely making up a story to destroy him; or trying to make money off of him. I have watched many televised shows of Mr. Copperfield and not once did I see him ever do anything out of character or that would ever make anyone believe that he is capable of such a wild; and a definitely made up story by a woman who is very spiteful and very ungrateful in nature. Many women would take it as a compliment to be invited to his island, not to destroy a man who has such an incredible reputation. Mr. Copperfield is a man who has made Illusion and magic real for us all and paved the road for all illusionist's and magician's, not a man who should be accused of such an outrageous story. Without Mr Copperfield, magic and illusion would not have been a thought nor a reality in the past or even today. I know in my heart that Mr. Copperfield will rise from this and that the truth will come out that he is not what this woman is portraying him as at all. My thoughts and prayers are with Mr. Copperfield who I know will prevail in this outrageous and made up story by a very vindictive and money hungry woman...

125. Doesn't sound as if it will take a magician to make the case disappear. She assured that there was no evidence in the first place. Not reporting it until returning home will make prosecution impossible. It's sad because if he did it he should pay, If this is another star struck woman wanting her 15 minutes of fame he'll never restore his reputation. One of them is a victim and because of her stupidity they'll never get justice.

Wild guess: She slept with him assuming that in her wonderfullness a relationship would insue. After returning home and he not making an effort to pursue her further she got pissed and decided she would get even this way. Just my guess.

127. Hate hearing this and like so many I pray it is not true! I have always like him and have enjoyed his performances. I will say if he is found NOT guilty I hope he persues some charges against this person who has now forever marked his reputation. And if found guilty I hope he is held to punishment as anyone who would commit such act against another. Sad !!!
