Eva Longoria Witnesses Beheading

"Desperate Housewife" Eva Logoria was shopping at Lisa Kline on Robertson today, when an in-store catastrophe left one employee without its head -- but it was just a mannequin!

Diva Eva was checking out some duds when a "pap screen" -- meant to give shoppers privacy -- came loose and fell, smashing part of a chandelier and lopping the head off of a body double.

Who says shopping isn't dangerous?

Happened to catch a show on the WB or some other lame channel one night, and I CANNOT BELIEVE that it takes a staff to run this thing?!! "Producers"??!!!! Gimme a break!
