7. Was Child Welfare Services called on Miss Knowles? If this would have been Brittney Spears TMZ would have handed over the tape to Child Welfare or to the Los Angeles DA or better yet to K-Feds Lawyers. Let someone else "not" pay attention to their child and it's okay. 10. Yes, I agree with everyone else, there should not be a double standard- Solange is a good mom that made a simple mistake, Britney also cares for her kids and made simple mistakes. Solange is a beautiful mom, Beyonce is ugly.

11. Solange is not a crackhead like Britney, so you can give her and other first time mothers the benefit of the doubt. Solange is not nearly as big as Britney, but if she let her kid ride in her lap while driving that would be a story.

At least she was watching her kid and was able to stop him from running into the street....I don't think Britney is even coherent engouh to even know what's happening around her.

15. Your are comparing apples with oranges. A part of Britney problem is her constant visability. She never seem to be a mother type figure. Granted she has made beautiful children, but Britney has seemed not quite there for some time now, and it is very tragic.
It's like Britney has slowly peeled away portions of her life without any regard.
