Both of them on both sides don't have the better judgments or moral standards! 41. This was definately the stupid photographer's fault. I also think it was a the photographer's fault when Britney bumped that car in the parking lot. 45. Stop the insanity -- exactly. Or better yet, Los Angeles County and Orange County should just enforce the laws they already have. The paparazzi should be following the laws like anyone else. The imbecile photographer deserves what he got. He should be grateful it wasn't worse then it was and he wasn't charged for causing the accident. Instead, he is stupid enough to publically brag about it and how he's such a nice guy that he's not pressing any charges. Is he high?

I don't know if TMZ has already covered the story, but I was reading on another site (CBS) that Halle Barry, who is also pregnant, recently drove into a wall after she claims the paparazzi chased her off the road into the wall. The jerks even stuck around afterwards to take pictures of her car being towed. They claim (to the police) that she caused the accident by being on the wrong lane. Ya, and I still believe in Santa Claus. Why aren't the police doing anything about this? If anyone else caused an accident as in the Spears' case, or chased someone to drive off the road and into a wall, I doubt very much the police would just blow it off as a misunderstanding. I don't know if Halle brought charges against them, but one thing she brought up was by lying to the police, the paparazzi not only get away with their actions, but they can then turn around and sell the pictures w/o any hassles.

The paparazzi are making their money off of celebs, fine, but the least they can do is show a little courtesy to their meal-tickets and use some common sense.
