47. Britt is an idiot and deserves the bad publicity she gets but the photog was wrong too. I've heard the public property argument and the I'm allowed argument but lets face it, when you rush up to a woman or a man who has no desire to talk to you, and tries to drive off while your foot that she can't see is under her tire, it sounds like an insurance scam to me. I'm sure the "poor abused photog" will find it in his heart to "teach her a lesson". That I believe is wrong. He was where he shouldn't have been trying to hold her there. If I were a lawyer, I'd sue him first for false arrest and detainment or something similar.

48. Ok, how do you get a black mark on your sock if you are wearing shoes? Personally I have had my foot run over when I was a teen and my foot was crushed but there were no black marks, just blood!

Looks to me like they took a newer sock, ran it over and are now trying to sell it claiming she ran it over.

50. Greg -- good point about the insur. scam. I don't know if this idiot is planning on suing for damages later on, after his 15 min. of fame is over, but a lot of people are doing just about anything to get themselves hit or even run over, for the money. And my criticism goes for the rest of dumba** paparazzi who were also blocking her car.

When I was listening to this photographer recount his terrible toe-tale, when he was talking about how she stopped, then drove off and was impatient....I was an even bigger idiot then I thought -- when you have a car sitting on your foot, the driver has only 2 choices at that pt -- drive forward or backward...the sooner the better. And when she stopped it was probably because she wasn't sure what the hell was going since she couldn't see his foot.

Maybe if he were a little more 'patient", he would've realized it would have been smarter to have taken a picture of her from a distance, instead of with his foot in front of her tire.
