TMZ has learned that Britney Spears' house has NOT been evacuated ... yet. Sources in the area tell us the fire is a ways from where Brit Brit lives.

27. Malibu and LA rich people are buying and consuming so much that the weather has changed and temperature increased. Stop buying so many clothes and accesories and stuff! New York and Wachington DC too, wake up!
I also thought about the poor people in Luisiana that never got evacuated or saved when Katrina came.
