L.A. Fire Chief: Three Residences Lost

P. Michael Freeman, the Fire Chief for Los Angeles County, just completed a press conference in which he said that two commercial structures and three residences were deemed a "total loss" -- but there were no injuries sustained by citizens or firefighters.

In addition, Freeman said that nine additional residences suffered "moderate to minor" damage, mostly to the exteriors.

Freeman also said that four businesses in the Colony Creek shopping center sustained exterior damage.

No word on if any of those homes are owned by celebrities.

21. we're aware that it's a celeb site but when you decide to make stories where peoples lives and homes are in danger that takes a backseat..u dont sneak into the bottom of the story "no word if any celebs were harmed"

.....that'd be like a terrorist story and then they say "no word if flight 576 on it's way to LAX airport carried any celebrities of which we may miss".....thats bogus!

26. Quit with the complaints about a pop up...dont blame TMZ. I dont get them. Put your pop up blockers on people. If you dont know how than, ask. If it still doesnt work, than you have a virus. TMZ is not the ones doing it.

If you still think TMZ is to blame, than write them in the Tips seciton. They dont read comments here, this site is controlled by a Generic Host Serving Company that hosts hundreds of other sites.

27. I know you will hear from others popup weasel, but it IS TMZ who is supporting that Kim pop up. I do have pop up blocking on my computer, and I do not have a problem with them anywhere else. Thanks for your input though. I am sure it will help someone. That is a pretty nasty ad, too!

28. What the hell? I come back and TMZ is reporting on Real News? It must be the end of the world! I did notice that Brit is STILL making her way onto the current page, so maybe this is a premature thought (too bad!).

How does the email address & password feature work - can't find the place to make that entry so I can bypass the confirmation e-mail?

30. How does the email address & password feature work - can't find the place to make that entry so I can bypass the confirmation e-mail?

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Though a pw is given, there is no place to enter it. For some reason TMZ doesnt let the Host site offer it. Though it is offered on just about every other site they Host.

Unless someone here has figured it out...if so, clue us all in. If not, it is what it is.
