Britney Spears did indeed have her kids with her yesterday afternoon. An unidentified woman can be seen sitting in the passenger seat -- a court-appointed monitor, perhaps?

136. This is a pathetic, immature creature among whose many faults is the lack of understanding that although she is obviously capable of bearing children, she is incapable of being a mother. That goes double for that disgusting creature who bore her. People like those two simply dilute the gene pool. I fear for the future of those kids. Their parents and grandparents are poor excuses for human beings.

137. Her son's carseat is not on properly! The clip that joins the two straps together is supposed to be up across the top of his chest. As it is in the picture, he could easily slip out of the harness in an accident. It's possible her son pulled it down himself.....but given her obvious lack of parenting skills I'm going to go with Britney not putting it on correctly. I hope she never gets into an accident.

138. To the person that claims her son's car seat is on properly I draw your attention to point number 4 of the basic guidelines for proper safety seat use:
4. The top of the harness retainer clip should be at armpit level.

In addition, anyone who has bought one can tell you that the manual that comes with car seats make it abundantly clear that the harness strap needs to be about 4 inches higher than where Brit-Brit has it to prevent your child from being ejected from the seat. There are obviously terrible consequences to not doing it correctly which is why most parents take it seriously and why it really jumped out at many of us when we saw this picture. Call it "nit-picking" if you want but those kids are going to be lucky to survive their childhood.
