Kate Hudson's Marriage Kaput -- Papers Filed
Kate Hudson and Chris Robinson have signed and sealed their divorce papers.
We're told the papers, filed this morning in L.A. County Superior Court, will officially end their marriage of nearly six years when a judge signs off, probably later today.
Chris filed for divorce last November, after a highly publicized split. At the time of their separation, rumors swirled that Hudson was involved with Owen Wilson.
The couple had a prenup and Chris did not seek spousal support. They have one son, Ryder, who is almost four years old. They will share joint custody.
