79. This sort of thing happened when I was in highschool, but there was alcohol involved. One boy ended up in a vegetative state while the driver broke his knee. Even after I heard he still drove drunk. He later died from cancer, at a young age, under 30. Karma??

80. this ass clown deserves the very worst- prison time and lots of it. he puts his friend in the hospital which nearly kills him but left him a veggie state and all he can blog about is loosing his mopar sponsor and getting a new one, polariod. i am emailing polaroid and recommending all TMZ readers to contact them as well and please pull sponsorship for this retard that should take his own life for almost killing his friends and endanegring everyone else on the road- how does he even still have a drivers license?

81. I can't believe he's even saying anything about himself! He got in trouble many times before the big accident for driving too fast in Clearwater, FL....he ignored that and still got to drive that 300,000 car and then he distroyed someone's life...the friend is a vegetable now in a coma and hogan should have all his toys taken away and not be able to do anything for a long time to promote himself.....he's only 17 years old! IT's not like he is 30 .....he's a child still at home with his parents and in his blog all he should have said is I will not be blogging for awhile due to the nature of what has happened in my life....His parents seem so nice on their TV show but they are blind to the fact that they raised a jerk and irresponsible little punk, egomaniac......and he's only a boy still! How will he be in 20 years. The father is a super star who has a right to have an ego but the kid only has one because he's the son of someone famous and they have a tv show!

84. I have to say I am disappointed to read this. The kid is not following in the footsteps of his humble father that is for sure. I wonder if he realizes that this could tear his family apart. Yes, go on with your life Nick but leave myspace and self promotion behind especially when it comes to racing at this time. Have some grace. Continue to race if you want but your 'skill' that got you Poloroid has also cost someone their life. Yes, he could have been driving and it could have been you not moving now. Racing is for the track...and you were not on it. That pretty much shows the disrespect you have for the sport right there already. Professional racers take safety very seriously and your disregard has cost someone. No one should sponser you and probably wouldn't if it wasn't for your last name. I'm sorry for your sitution. Man up.

86. How sad. Your parents would be, should be so ashamed as to how you deal with this on line. Let's say you really are remorseful for how you drove at the time of the accident and how you are now responding. From now on make sure you check with someone more caring that yourself when you respond in writing or in front of a carmera. You owe your friend's family an apology, Shame on you!
