My family is wealthy as well, and we have huge insurance policies, as well as umbrella policies that go into the tens of millions of dollars. The Hogans undoubtedly have the same. The only thing that is going to happen to them, is their insurance premiums will go up. Hardly a punishment for someone of Hulk's economic standing.
