The Real Story Behind Britney's Visitation

Britney Spears has the same visitation rights she had before ticking off the judge last week.

As we first reported, Brit's visitation was suspended after L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon learned the drug testing people couldn't contact her for the random drug tests. What has not yet been made public is that Britney's visitation was automatically reinstated when she could show proof she had a phone that would make her reachable.

Brit's peeps submitted documentation of the phone, and her visitation is the same as before; regular day visits and one overnight a week.

That could all change on Friday, when Spears and K-Fed are due in court. Sources say Spears will probably ask that the 50/50 physical custody be reinstated. We know K-Fed had been pressing for 70/30, but he still could try and draw a harder line.

31. no one force Britney to marry kevin and no kevin is not the reason britney lost it you delusional BRITNEY fans have got to face it was Britney who responsible herself and if Britney was such good mom the judge would have never remove Sean and Jayden from her home and remeber it was Britney who seeing kevin and she knew he had pregnant girlfriend at home with their daughter and I will Lease Britney trying to follow court orders now and also is it going to hurt Britney if she stay home for a change instead of going coffee drinking spree at her favorite starbucks coffee shop.

32. Why do you keep reporting on this nonsense! She keeps wasting the court's time and getting away with this. She has not seen her kids any less but the lawyers have gotten rich. Isn't it wonderful for her that her CD has free publicity . She only complies with the court's order after TMZ has their scoop. It is just amazing how this bi-polar idiot keeps the L.A. courts tied up and the whole world hears how she controls the judge daily. No wonder we have an immigration problem. This, surely is the land of the free. TMZ- keep reporting the ever changing decisions of the judge. Y'all will have a new scoop ever hour.

33. I can't believe some of the comments posted here! Calling Brittney a "whore"....don't think that's necessary. Come on people.. she's a young mother, got camera's in her face everywhere she goes, not to mention all of the publicity her life is getting right now. I have to say that unless you have been there, done that, then you really don't have a clue what you are talking about. People make mistakes. It happens. Just because she's famous, we give her grief? That's just uncalled for. I think people just need to back of a little and let her freakin breath!!!

36. Obviously despite of how poor badgered Brit may feel by the court system, she is getting some pretty special treatment.
My hubby and I have been down the ugly road of child custody and you DO NOT get court appearances or a judges ruling overturned by the snap of a finger or a quick phone call. AND I will add, you never, never treat the Judge the way dear Brit has.......at ALL times you REPECT the bench. It is his courtroom. You show up ON TIME, and keep your mouth shut unless you are asked to speak. You also to not talk flippantly to the Judge........
Go figure......
This women has defied everything that the court has asked of her. She honestly does not deserve to have spcial treatment by the court.

37. TMZ get your facts straight. It is on record that Kaplan disputed the 70:30 custody, as it does not exist in the California law. Kevin wanted full custody. Stop being so damn dramatic over everything. There is no 'real' story behind this. Stop creating stories where they don't exist just to post about Britney to get website visits.

38. The court is actually being very lenient to Brit's non-sense. They keep giving her chance after chance when she is very obviously not giving her all to keep the boys. If I were the judge, I would have terminated her rights as a parent long ago. let Shar have them. She is a decent girl who loves kids.

43. 70/30 !!! wtf oh I was thinking he was so concerned about them. damn you would think he would want them 100% of the time but that is what I thought all along $$$$$$$ it's the dollar amount that he could make of these kids ,so sad,she has been looking better and he is using anything against her. good thing she had proof of a number that does exist and it was the clerks fault they had the wrong number,of course that is what I read not what I know...k-fed lawyer is abusing the system just like he is.

45. #20 Do you not see how stupid you make Britney? If Kevin did as you say then how stupid was she to fall for it all? It's too funny how you Britney fans turn the facts around or don't even bother to get them. Shar and Kevin had a boy and a girl....Shar was also very pregnant when Britney chased after him. Yes he should have said no I'm with someone BUT Britney should have had some respect for the fact that there was a Shar at all. She is as much to blame. I also can't believe how you Britney fans can't seem to understand she is a grown woman with the same ability as you and me to say NO...even if what you say is true and Kevin gave her drugs...could she not say no? Sure she could. She alone is responsible for the state of her life now. She alone is responsible for following the orders of the court.

#24 you are so right. She has done nothing that the judge has ordered when he ordered. She has defied him constantly. When she's had consequences then she finally does it but only then. She has done nothing the court ordered because it's the right thing....because it will get her some custody back. She does it because she has seen how not doing it affects HER. You can't make her see what she's doing to her children because she doesn't care more about them than she does about herself. The thing the court needs to do is suspend all visitation indefinitely. Let her do what she will until she finally hits bottom. Only then will she get the help she so obviously needs. She will destroy her life before that but she shouldn't be allowed to take those boys with her. They deserve better.
