79. Poor boys! Just because reinstating her prior visitation rights is the legally required thing to do, that does not mean it's in the best interest of the children. The judge knows that, but his hands are tied by law (which, I guess, is a good thing). That woman has no business having children under her "care". If there remains an individual on the planet who continues to believe otherwise, ask the grown-up children of neglectful, unpredictable parents. In the long run, no mother is better than a crazy mother...trust me.

I think I have a solution for two of Hollywood's most stunning trainwrecks. I propose that Britney Spears marry Michael Jackson. She can continue to party and sleep around all she wants and have as many kids as she wants. Upon their birth, she can gladly turn them over to Michael and move on with her party lifestyle. He would become their "single" parent. Neither would be marrying the other for money, since each is rich beyond my comprehension. See...it's a win/win for both of them.

This is about the level of sense I see in young "Hollywood" today. I may be able to jump in my car and be there within a half-hour, but I am galaxies away...thank God!

81. If there were any story of interest about Federline, there would be hundreds -- nay, thousands -- of hits, generating much income. Don't you think TMZ would be there in a heartbeat?

Obvioulsly, Federline is lying low right now. I'm sure he still smokes his herb, but I doubt he'd do it front of the kids...if only because of the custody dispute. Let me state for the record that I am NOT and have never been a fan of this guy. The only reason I know that he exists if because he married Britney Spears. Well done, Kevin!

That said, I do not think he is a fit FULL-TIME parent. However, I don't think Britney should have any custody rights -- only visitation rights. I honestly believe the best answer is a foster home, until a year of random-drug testing and psychoanalysis is completed by BOTH parties, who may then petition for 50/50 custody.

It's not ideal to be in the constant care of the nanny(ies), but thank God for them. They are the children's best hope at the moment.. At least reduce custody to one set of nannies -- at Federline's home. As long as is financial intere$t$ are at stake, he will ensure that the children are well cared for. Not exactly the Brady's, but the least of all available evils.

Poor boys. Shall we start a foundation for their future mental health expenses? (sigh)

82. #84 wonder if it was worth it to go after a pregnant woman's man to her now. Why is it that it's ok for some women to go after a rightful share of the husband's money in a divorce when he's rich and then to sit back and raise the kids and not work? I don't see any difference here with the exception being that Kevin does work at some acting. Maybe not full time but most acting isn't steady. Since I think he got several million in the divorce and the boys need a lot of extra care right now I don't even think he should be working. Sometimes there are things more important than money.

85. K. Federdumass has zero income. His house, his clothes, his shoes, his food, his lawyers, the nanny's, his car, EVERYTHING is paid for by Britney. And, he wants MORE of her money. He would drive anyone crazy. I have on good authority that he kept on sleeping with Shar and others after he and Britney got married. That's why she wanted the divorce. He is the biggest Slime Ball to ever hit Hollywood. Britney's mother should have sole custody of the kids for now and Britney should check into a Mental Health facility. 89. What ever happened to "best intrest of the children" . This back and forth on again off again visitation can only be causing these kids emotional and phsycological distress. Neither of these two should have custody but in Britany's position it has been prooven that right now she not a fit parent and until Kevin Federline is prooven unfit he has the right to have custody. To me I think the judge should appoint a legal guardian over the children until all parties concerned have prooven themselves and are willing to spend time raising and being part of their lives rather than ship them back and for and then to babysitters! Time to get back to the basics!
