19. Was it just me, or did she add insult to injury by then putting a door ding in that same car and then walking away? What a considerate person she is. I can only imagine what a good driver she must be when she's doing freeway speeds with her two kids screaming for her to grow a brain from the backseat. People in this country act like it is a Constitutional Right to drive a car. Well, it isn't.

This would only end up in a court room in California, everywhere else a ticket is about as much as you would get.

Does California require a passport for visitors and Americans passing through?

This state is out of control and should be under federal supervision.

From what i can observe in the video, she apparently was trying to avoid hitting cameramen that were badgering her and distracting her driving...Could you??? If she had hit and killed a cameraman then you would all want to hang her for vehicular manslaughter!!! 29. Oh good grief patience (14) get over yourself. Britney has done everything to herself. Why do you idiots not understand that. I didn't drive without a license, I didn't chase after Shar's man, I didn't propose to Kevin, I didn't marry him and pop out to boys I was ill-equipped to care for, I didn't do drugs, I didn't act like a whore flashing my coochie, taking my clothes off in public, I didn't hit a parked car and several paps, I didn't drive with my kid on my lap..I could go on and on but I didn't do any of this...and neither did anyone posting...Britney did.Britney has pretty much handed these boys to Kevin on a silver platter. Her continued erratic behavior is putting her kids at risk and if being with their father will keep them safe then so be it. I don't care if he never works again..I don't care what he did in the past. I don't care if he collects support until she's broke, He stepped up and took his kids when they needed him...and those boys are what's important at this time. Not Britney, not Kevin, they're adults and can take care of themselves.
