Britney, K-FedSources tell TMZ there's good news in Britney Spears' world!!! Seriously.

We're told yesterday's co-parenting meeting with K-Fed went "amazingly well." Brit and Kevin met for two hours with Al Gibbs, the counselor, at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Of course, that's where divorced parents learn how to handle their kids -- and besides, Brit was able to gas up her car courtesy of the valet for $4.50 a gallon.

And get this -- one connected source says one of the reasons it went so well is because Britney liked being around K-Fed!

And there's more. For the last week, we're told Britney has been responsive with her lawyers and all-in-all in a better state of mind.

34. I agree with # 1 post ,Twitney is a cry baby and I never thought about it but now that I do -that seems very plausible .Negative attention is better than no attention at all -but It will affect custody Im sure .Still believe Twitney is unfitney !!!

36. I have always thought that losing him was the reason that she started "acting out".

He was probably in love with the whole star thing and once he found out she is dumb as dirt...well no matter how good the sex is.zzzzzzzzzz.

I also happen to be one of those that thinks he really is doing this for the kids sake and would be happy if she would get her act together for their sake.
ya know.. some men do love their kids. he is getting help from his parents which is more than he does, as it sounds to me that she has little interest in them and doesn't know how to be a mother tho it should come natural.

You never heard about Kevin acting inappropriately because he was never there! He was too busy in Vegas.
He only spent like, one of three nights with her when she was pregnant with JJ.
He did the same thing when to Shar when she was pregnant.

40. #28, Mr. or Ms. Me, there was nothing ignorant about my comment. I was saying if it was me, did you miss the if it was me part? I know Brit lose the kids on her own I agree with that. There was no reason to be that nasty and rude. I’m not a little kid but a 34 year old mother and of four so no reason to be so disrespectful. For the kids sake I hope that get along but as many divorce people will tell you, you’re never excited to be around your ex after a bitter divorce. I know this is a message board and we are all nameless and faceless but have some manners.

Well Brit is doing the best for her kids and so what if she whats her ex back, but what comes arounds goes around, she knew that man had a girl with child and kid, kev is treating her like what she was acting like, see I would be wrong for calling her a name for breaking up shar and kev thing, for that reason the relationship was'nt going to work because it started out wrong, they both knew they was wrong, Karma came back on her because she used money to get him, also she's still young and has a lot to learn so cut her a some leway because we can't judge her just tell her what she's doing in public eye don't look healty but we don't know what goes on behind close doors. To be honest I think Shar and Kev was in it together to get Brits money, Shar laughing all the to the bank.

45. Oh God these people are disfunctional couple. Britney love this man people and He is the reason she lost her damm mind.she cannot getover their divorce and only had those boys to keep him when that did not work out she went crazy.She does this to get him back but he do not want her.Poor Girl.
