77. K-Dud is nice to Britney today so he will get more of her money. He is so ugly with the dumb earrings and silly hat he wears all the time. She has already bought him a house with a pool , a car, his clothes, his shoes, his food, his partying money, his bodyguard (why he needs one is beyond me) and the kid's nannies, of course. But he wants MORE, MORE, MORE. Who does he think he is, Howard Stern? To me, K-Dud is even more repulsive than Stern. At least Stern graduated from Law School and maybe has a few brain cells. Did K-Dud even graduate from High School? K-Dud is a nasty. gold digging THUG !

78. you can put Kevin down all you want for not being there while she was pregnant, but at least he has stepped up as a father. To be a good father you don't have to be with the mother when she is pregnant you just have to be their for your kids and that is what he is trying to do.

Weather or not he is smart at least he could see his boys were in a bad situation and knew he needed to get them out of there. What would you be saying if he did nothing and something happened to one of those children? I thank god he or someone close to him was smart enough to put those kids first and get them in a safe place. Nothing is worse than being with someone, especially a parent, who doesn't want you.

80. Isn't there a custody hearing on October 26th ? Not surprising these two are "getting along" now. . . desperation makes people manipulate a situation any way they can to get what they want. Their respective lawyers probably told them to be on their best behaviour. We'll see how long this pleasant atmosphere lasts.

81. K-Freak is a dirty, nasty, money mooching, no talent, dirt bag after more of Britney's money. It's as simple as that. He's waiting for the BIG PAY OFF to get him out of her life. Remember his spousal support ends on November 1st. He will still get child support but of course he would rathr steal all of her money. I wouldn't trust him around those children any more than I would trust Britney. He has listened to his Lawyers ( paid for by Britney, of course) to stay low until he gets the BIG PAY OUT. I don't think there has ever been a bigger lowlife deadbeat than K-Freak. What's he going to do now? Hit on Denise to get at Charlie Sheen's money?

And TMZ ignores K-Fed's inappropriate behaviors, ignored when it was reported that he "stunned cast and crew" on set of One Tree Hill by openly "smoking marijuana all round the set, like it is just part of his lifestyle" and TMZ ignored his inappropriate behavior when it was reported that he was drinking and partying "like a rock star" when he was in Wilmington, partying at The Liquid Room nightclub and drinking Jack Daniels & Coke and tequila shots until after 2:00 a.m. the night before Britney faced the judge trying to get overnight visits with her children.

Give the "Britney liked being around K-Fed" BS a rest TMZ.

October 25, 2007 — Information regarding cases of serious rash, hypersensitivity reactions, and psychiatric symptoms has been added to the safety labeling for modafinil tablets (Provigil, Cephalon, Inc), the US Food and Drug Administration warned healthcare professionals yesterday.

Rare cases of life-threatening rash, including Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS), toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN), and drug rash with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms have been reported in adults and children during worldwide postmarketing use of modafinil.

The incidence of SJS and TEN exceeds the background rate (1 – 2 cases/million-person years) despite likely underreporting. Cases of angioedema and sometimes fatal multiorgan hypersensitivity reactions have also been reported.

Patients should be instructed to immediately discontinue therapy and contact their healthcare professional if a rash or other hypersensitivity reaction occurs, according to an alert sent from MedWatch, the FDA's safety information and adverse event reporting program.

Psychiatric adverse events have also been reported in connection with modafinil, including anxiety, mania, hallucinations, and suicidal ideation. Caution is advised when treating patients with a history of psychosis, depression, or mania; discontinuation of therapy should be considered in those who develop psychiatric symptoms.

Modafinil is indicated to improve wakefulness in adult patients with narcolepsy, obstructive sleep apnea/hypopnea syndrome, and shift work sleep disorder. It is not approved for use in children.

Healthcare professionals are encouraged to contact the company at 1-800-896-5855 regarding modafinil-related cases of rash or other hypersensitivity reactions.

Adverse events related to modafinil should also be reported to the FDA's MedWatch reporting program by phone at 1-800-FDA-1088, by fax at 1-800-FDA-0178, online at http://www.fda.gov/medwatch, or by mail to 5600 Fishers Lane, Rockville, MD 20852-9787.
