Hey, TMZ, I know it was a pun & in jest, but just so you know, breast milk production or the lack of it has NOTHING to do with mammary size. NOTHING. Small chested women can produce as much, less or more than big breasted women. The plumbing for milk production is an internal thing. The more a baby nurses, the more a woman will produce, and it's connected to genetics, health, nutrition, rest, and persistance. At least that's what I was told at a hospital nursing clinic. So it 'ain't what you got, but what you do with it' .

She does look great (maybe a tiny bit over on the size) however, after the little one arrives and the girls shrink, they'll be saggy and deflated looking (unless/until she gets plastic surgery). She's an older mom and the skin just doesn't bounce back like younger moms.
