"Titanic" star Billy Zane was snapped in London while zipping along on an electric skateboard -- carrying a doctor's bag and looking ready to take on the fog ... or a patient! Iceberg!

The 41-year-old bald hunk turns heads while his tiny wheels turn during his excursions for morning coffee. Nice October look!

34. oh my goodness. Al Gore is completely overrated. Get over it and these “green” celebrities really need to get over themselves. They are just narcissists who need to make themselves feel more important than they are. The whole green movement will be over in a year just like Atkins.
