46. I have seen NOTHING that says Federline gets more $$$ for the temporary shift of custody. Everything apparently remained the same EXCEPT that Brit can't have the kids without a monitor.

Say what you want about Federline, but he is coming off as a saint in all this -- and it's almost entirely because Brit is acting like the trailer trash tweaker she has become. Feel sorry for her...love her music...long for her panty-free pics...whatever!...the one thing that is constant is her absolute weirdness! She needs to be locked away for a loooooooong time for everyone's good!

48. FOR THE PEOPLE WHO DON'T THINK K-FED IS AFTER MONEY
Watch how many days it will take for his LAWYER to ask for MORE MONEY. Like 15 THOUSAND a month isn't enough to bring up 2 babies.
I wonder if any inquiry as to how much of Sean n Jayden support money goes to SHAR for her kids.?? Just a question.

52. Let me say...Britney may have won this one. Usually when a Judge delays handing down his sentence in court, he is making sure, as it's complicated, that he dots all the i's and crosses all his t's. AND, usually, he is going to make a ruling that is NOT in favor of the person that is in usual favor. Britney's tears may have paid off, and her clean drug tests, etc. PLUS, she had a legal team in court with her. Kevin had his atty who has requested Brit pay Kev's bill because he hasn't the means. She may have done better than some think. I hope so!!

53. I'm put up my PREDICTION..I bet by Nov 15 or on 15th You going to see that K-FEDS lawyers is going to ask for CONTINUED allimony.!! You see thats when it's officially suppose to be over for them.. but with the KIDS. it could very well be NOT OVER and Britney will have to continue supporting the TRIBE of a family with he made.

What is it!! Paid advertising by K fed to keep his name out! You may need not answer me but you will be answering one of these days. 57. It's clear to many of us in the mental health profession that Britney Spears is has some form of mental illness. She continues to make incredibly poor judgements in her personal life and exhibits bizarre behavior that is both inappropriate and unwise. Not only does she seem to have a poor or non-existant bond with her children, she does not understand when she is confronted. Her response to advice and matters of law set by the judges is to ignore and demean any authority.

Her behavior also suggests strongly some degree of substance abuse. It is not out of the realm of possibility that her frequent trips to hotels for short periods of time are for the purpose of scoring drugs out of sight of the paparazzi. The fact that she could do all this destructive behavior in the privacy of her homes indicates a need for validation from strangers. Imagine if your best friends were paparazzi! She has a most unique view of the world.

I believe the only thing that will break this downward spiral is a court-ordered commitment for a psych evaluation. 30 days in a locked mental health facility would reveal the depth and breadth of her problems. Once a diagnosis is reached, a care plan can be implemented to help her get back to a productive and happy life.

Without a commitment, she will continue to avoid any responsibility for her actions and will continue a downward spiral. She isn't safe now in caring for herself, and especially not her children.

58. when are you people gonna stop for a second and realize that all you see is a computer a tv the voices telling you about her on radio. but she is human with a real life. and this girl is falling apart. i dont believe for a second she doesnt care about her children. i just think theres so much going on and so many bad things have happened and she just lost it. i am a new mother and its hard for me. so i cant imagine having her life trying to be a mother, regardless she is human and she needs help..how can you people watch her cry and not care? she needs help before we lose another human. this whole thing is very sad and shows what the world is comming to when people find someone elses pain humorous

59. So many times dad's are made to be the bad guys....so often not true. I mean she is a train wreck and she is making it known to the world. I am just glad to see a judge put a mother in her place. I am a mother, I have been one since the age of 17, and would NEVER do anything like she has done. Don't get me wrong, I am not an angel, but yet I have never done anything to put myself in a situation where my children were not taking care of with all of my love. She treats kids like the are cute accessories that she can walk around, she always has....but yet people just think she is everything. Yea, I was someone who hated on K-fed when he left his girlfriend prego- but people can change...and in this situation he is the only one who HAS changed....you don't see him driving around cali with his kids in the car on his lap, not it a proper carseat, or even without his drivers license.....I mean, just look at her video...YUK!..if you were a kid would you really want to say that was your mom?....she needs to talk to her "so called" idol Madonna...at least she raises her kids!
