64. This "girl" because you can't call her a woman deserves everthing she is getting. She acts like because she is a celebrity that she should be allowed to raise her children anyway she wants and she can't. She is subject to the same laws as everyone else... someone said she is getting a hard time because she's a celeb... let me tell you there is no way Joe blow could have been driving around w/o a license with their kids, been pulled over that many times and not land their ass in jail. She has been given every opportunity because she is a celeb and she has screwed them away. She deserves monitored visits... these kids need stability and right now that isn't something she has for herself much less something she can provide for her children. You play with fire and eventually you get burned!!!!

65. Britney emerged victorious today in regaining overnight visitation with her sons. The judge shot down Kev's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan's request to bar Brit from being able to have 24-hour visits with her kids, but the judge found the request without warrant. All other custody matters will be decided at a later date.
Britney left the courtroom, apparently in a "great mood," according to her pal Sam Lutfi, despite what other outlets are reporting! They're on their way to dinner to celebrate now!

It's a positive step -- let's hope for more good news next time!

I suspect that Britney's emotionalism today has less to do with not getting her custody back, and more to do with the (do doubt) unflattering portrait painted of her in court today.

She is 100% ego and 0% mother. I wish she'd just let the boys go for as long as it takes her to get healthy or die -- which will depend on her actions. I hope she "crashes" sooner rather than later and becomes willing to accept help. Because, for some, the bottom is literally death, and I do not wish that on her.

71. Hey Nurse....her drug tests are CLEAN!!!!! Some people in L.A. live in those hotels. Could it be she's going to visit someone...maybe they're not home. Maybe she checks in to meet with record reps or business professionals who don't want to be photographed or harrassed by the paps at her home. Think about it. And, it's real hard to honestly and professionally give someone a proper psych diagnosis without examining them several times.

75. Question: If Brit were to die God forbid and she froze her assets so that only the boys would have access at a certain age how would Kfed care for them?

To me the one on November is the more significant one. Cause it's what happens between then and now - a month's worth that is really the test.
At least she still gets to see them. And to those who say she doesnt care why would she be distraught. It's obvious she doesnt deal with emotions and thus her actions in a rational way. People that need help usually need help for a deeper reason and it's usually years in the works.
