18. I think all this mess is a waste of the taxpayer's money. They should just court order her into rehab and stop the hearings until she's done something to get her act together. There are starving children out there that use the money these hearings are costing!!!

23. There are people out there have have done things far worst than Britney but I guess when you are in the public eye your every move is scrutinized. It is extremely hard when there's a camera in your face every minute of every day. We the general public are also to blame for what is happening here because if we weren't such fanatics where celebrities are concerned maybe they could lead a normal life.

25. I very rarely blog, but I had to. I dont understand what the big commotion is - she is not expected to get her children back 50/50 this early in the case. That would more than likely take a few more weeks, if not months. This is supposed to be a progress hearing I thought, which means the Judge will weigh in on what is going on. If he does change his decision, I will be surprised, but don't count on it. She hasn't even been deposed yet.... Anyway, I just hope TMZ can remain fair on this, since I think people are losing sight that it DOES involve children. But if it does not go back 50/50, please don't put a hokey story up about her not getting it back, b/c it is not expected....

26. "Even TMZ"? Oh come on. You guys aren't that special. Stop making it out like you guys are above other gossip blogs. And we all know Kevin just wants money. Is he a good parent? He left 2 with his former woman and partied throughout Britney's pregnancies. This is all being marketed to make Spears look bad. You may not like her personally, but Kevin is far from the perfect parent in these matters.

That hearing is about what is in the best interest of those children, and it appears that you are part of the reason why they are being dragged through this mess.
