Celebrity Justice
Britney's a Disaster in the Courtroom

TMZ is right outside the courtroom and has watched as Britney has gone to the bathroom not once, or twice, but THREE times, all while looking extremely distraught.

As we first reported, the parenting coach's report may be front and center as the reason for Brit's emotional afternoon.

On a related note, "EXTRA" is reporting that when their reporter asked her how she was doing, Britney shouted, "Eat it, lick it, snort it, f*%k it!" and walked back into the courtroom crying. Class!

106. If these reports are true my best guess would be that the frequent restroom visits are due to nerves or anxiety and feeling sick. She may not be working as hard as she should to be a good mother, but I don't doubt that she loves her boys. Going through this would make anyone sick enough for a few restroom breaks. On the note of what she said to the Extra reporter I can't blame her for losing it on such an emotional day, but she should have taken the high road and said nothing while just ignoring the reporter and walking past him.

107. There have to be moments when she can't handle all the Photographers and Reporters another minute.

109. Most of the young celebrities are now snorting cocaine, drinking and going bunkers because they are being hounded by the media and paparazzis. Stop dogging Britney Spears, and let her live her life in peace. being a celebrity is not an invitation to harass somebody.

110. Britney Spears' issues are clearly more than just drugs. This is a mental issue. She's out of control and I would NEVER let her have custody again without counseling. I believe that's one of the stipulations that the judge made so perhaps she will get the help she needs.

111. Someone said her parents should step in ang get her some help. Isn't Britney 25 years old? She could be a grandmother in 20 years.

115. I really hope that Britney reads this because this comment is coming from my heart. I really feel for her because I have a 1 year old and I don't know what I would do if I couldn't put her to bed and be there when she woke up every morning. I think the smart thing for Britney to do is reconcile things with Kevin (best for their kids), move back to Kentwood, and start over. I definitely do not know her situation personally, but from what I see from the news there was no physical abuse in the relationship, and for me, that's the only reason for divorce. I am definitely praying for her and her family that things work out for them.

116.

There are so many untruths bandied about in the media, particularly the celebrity media, that I let go through one ear and out another.

I wouldn't be surprised if she did say it. I wouldn't be surprised if it were a total fabrication from some slimy tabloid for headlines. If she did say it, she could have been angry because she had tabloids asking ridiculous questions. She could have just been pissed.

But it makes for good headlines, instant attention and tabloid dollars.

There is ample proof that Britney is out of control. Making up things is just adding flies to the dung heap.

I'm sorry to hear about your bi-polar daughter. Have you check your local Mental Health/Mental Retardation center? Most states have MHMR's and they offer services and medication that is either free or based on an income sliding scale.

Unfortunately, the ability for Britney to pay for any therapy and/or medications that she requires is not in question. She has the money. She just requires the ability to grasp her need for it. Not just for her, but for the benefit of her children.

Good luck to you.

I re-read your comment. If I misunderstood what you were trying to say, forgive me. I wasn't sure whether you were saying that there was no funding for MHMR, so it was not available.

As I re-read it, I began to think that you were concerned about the ability of a parent to force a child into an institutional setting because they were greatly in need of a temporarily safe place where they would be supervised and their medical needs taken care of.

In most states, children can be placed in mental health institutions by their parents, either because they have the potential to harm themselves or others. Sometimes a court will force a juvenile (or even an adult) to undergo 72 hour observation with or without their permission if they have been involved in some sort of criminal activity or if they believe they are harmful to themselves or others.

Most times, though, a court won't force someone into a 72-hour observation facility without clear-cut proof that there is harm or potential harm. It's not illegal for people to act abnormally as long as it doesn't harm or threaten harm to others.

It is hard for someone who is either in full-blown manic stage to control their actions or make good decisions. I wish you the best.

119. If these children are returned to her she will immediately revert to her old ways having figured she successfully got over on the system. This belief coupled with her essential arrogance will spell serious danger for those children. They should not be used as the football in Spears' games. I hope the Judge rests his decision on Spears' history of defiance of the Court's orders. That plus the report of the parenting coach should persuade the Court not to loosen the terms of custody but to strengthen them. Let's see how she does when she doesn't get her way for a year. If she spends that period in treatment and learning how to parent while remaining completely sober, then maybe she could be considered for a review of the issue.
The truth is that these kids would probably be best off with Spears spayed and out of their liives so that she doesn't traumatize addtional offspring.

120. She doesn't need a parenting coach. She needs a PSYCH EVALUATION!!! And not at a celebrity rehab.
