T.I. Makes Bail!

A federal judge released rapper T.I. on $3 million bail Friday -- $2 million in cash bond and $1 million in property. T.I. must remain under house arrest until his trial on weapons charges.

U.S. Attorney's Office spokesman Patrick Crosby has informed TMZ that a private monitoring company will reside at T.I.'s home, and he will be subject to drug, alcohol and weapons searches at their discretion. The ATF will also be allowed to search the residence. Magistrate Judge Alan Baverman ordered the rapper be monitored 24 hours a day by a private monitoring service that T.I. must pay for.

T.I., whose real name is Clifford Harris, must stay in his home except for medical appointments and court appearances. He also may not own any guns and cannot have contact with any witnesses or informants in the case.

T.I. was arrested on October 13 on federal gun charges. No new court date has been set.

48. What I would like to know is, yes, the constitution gives you the right to bear arms, but, why would anyone need machine guns with silencers. The only purpose that those weapons were invented for is to kill humans and nothing else, so therefore, anyone who buys these weapons are buying them for the purpose of killing another human. Therefore, TI aint such a great looking guy now, is he. Which poses the question, who was he planning to kill, and don't anyone dare tell me he needed them for protection, cause that is a load of crap. Way back when that constitution was written, most people had guns for hunting animals because that is how they fed their families. Unfortunately, the writing is too generic and thugs like TI seems to think that it gives him the right to have guns that are intended for one purpose only. TO KILL HUMANS. Maybe it's just me, but that part of the constitution needs to be re-defined.

51. Authorities say that on Oct. 13, about an hour before a scheduled performance at the BET Hip-Hop Awards in Atlanta, Harris showed up to buy unregistered machine guns and silencers. He already had three guns in his car — one of them loaded — when he was arrested, authorities say.

Harris, 27, faces up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine for each count.

We can point finger and look one in the eye, but if we don't stop hating, killing and breaking the other rules we will never get to Heaven. I too am sick of the negativity that rap is representing to our young. Not feeling the love with the---ho-killing-n-words--f-words-b-words in lyrics to what is supposed to be classified as songs???
Now guns w/silencers about an hour before an awards program that is meant to be fun and entertaining???

57. I'm so happy that T.I. is home and he is so innocent........I mean when Lindsay Logan, Britney Spears, and all those others get off after repeated charges of drug abuse. I think it's a set up but he'll come out on top because T.I. is not a criminal. He has done more for the community then any of those celeb drug abusers. They just hating on him because he's the KING!!!!!

60. Well what I have to say is, we have to pray that God will find opportunity in this young man life to save him. We know that the devil desires to keep our people in darkness. I know church people that hasn't done the works of T. I from the strories written. I don't condemm him, I pray that in his distress, God will find opportunity to turn him around. He sent his only begotten Son that event the worldly people would be saved. Repent, and turn from your wicked way, which we all have been there, and be free from the law, and step into God's army now. I pray you get through this, it may not be what you want, but we pray it change your out look on life. Don't let the enemy continue to decieve you. Ask Jesus into your heart and confess he died for you. You have a good message, turn it around so we can allow the younger generations to be saved, focus on career goals, and it's ok to have money. We need money, but we don't want the world to sink once these doctors, lawyers, nurses, pilots, etc. time is up. The world function from wisdom, not foolishness. If you have kids, you want them to have the good life, and it' s not all going to be from fancy cars, rap music, and cds. Not condemming you, but I want you to see the bigger picture.
