Dog Chapman -- Let Francis Outta the Pound!

Duane He's said it before and he'll say it again -- The Dog's got Joe Francis' back ... unless he tries to run!

TMZ shot an interview with Bounty Hunter Duane "The Dog" Chapman in Hawaii, where he told our photog that he'd co-sign Francis' bond in his Florida criminal case. Chapman promises Francis will show up for court dates on time -- pimping out his own services if Joe tries to make a run for it.

"I have connections now all over the world, and so there's nowhere that he can run and he can hide from me. If he runs, we're gonna catch him."

42. Dog just put out a book that nobody is buying. He and his wife are doing anything they can to get in the spotlight to draw attention to themselves. No matter how they disguise it, it is all about money. Their problem is that nobody is buying the crap they are selling. Rumors are that A&E won't be renewing their contract for their show. It is not pulling down the ratings anymore. If you seen one of Dog's shows, you have seen them all.

We need more people like them in this world! They have good hearts!

45. Dog is Fine and even though Beth is grossly disgusting looking - they do try and help people and give people a second chance. Joe Francis by the way has many supporters in Hollywood not just the Kardashians. How many times do you read in a magazine that people like Jennifer Aniston, Courtney Cox, Brad Pitt, etc....stay at his house in Mexico. If he was all that bad and using underage girls intentionally - I don't think he would have so many vocal and loyal supporters. You people need to get your facts straight - all the "supposed underage girls" lied about their age and gave him consent!!!!! God people with such strong opinions are so stupid!!!!!!
