8. Most important thing are those babies and they need stability...which they aren't going to get from Ms. Spears. The moniter who is supervising visitation has stated in her report to the court that she witnessed Ms. Spears ignoring her children a lot and didn't listen to her guidance. It will be interesting to learn what else the moniter witnessed. Those babies come first!

11. Oh come on people, everyone thought KFED was the jerk when they were married. He's only doin this for the money and because she kissed him off. Hes not the greatest father on this earth. He doesnt even take care of the kids. They're always with nannys or their grandparents. Neither one of this people are fit parents. Maybe they both should go to parenting school.

Yes they do but I think if here mom completes rehad they will be ok.....and I could care less about Brit.....just benn in her place before she can do I did.......beeen clean and soberr for 1 year.....it you love your kids you can do it. it is that or lose them which is out of the question....come on brit you can do it.

Depositions are most often not done in front of a judge. They are commonly videotaped or audiotaped because [in this case] all the sarcastic, smug, catty tone will be lost in just having Britney's responses written. However Kaplan did win the right to have two experts sit in and study her body language, tone of voice etc.
