10. Does anyone notice Britney is not wearing a seatbelt and yet she is not ticketed for not wearing her seatbelt AND she is NOT EVEN WARNED that she needs to put on a seatbelt (you know the pesky old seatbelt law the rest of us HAVE to follow).

In fact, in many of these pics and video clips, Britney is not wearing a seat belt, even when she is the driver!!!

11. Get a driver Brit! It would be a lot easier to get away with a driver waiting in a SUV w/tinted windows whether it be at Starbucks or out w/friends or maybe someday with your kids???

Mark your calendars and prepare to fight the mobs so you can purchase what is sure to be a timeless masterpiece. Or, for the same price of the album, you can pay Britney to clean your a**hole with her tongue. Unless you're good at haggling. I talked her down to a can of Michelob Lite and half a Ho-Ho. You can't tell me she lip-synchs.

15. Here in PA, you can only be ticketed for seatbelt if your ticketed also for some other violation. Its a secondary law, you also cannot be pulled over JUST for no seatbelt.

And we can have bikers ride motorcycles with no helmets. If your over 18, I say seatbelts optional. besides, let her wreck and fly out of the window, nobody cares anyway.

just, really, a lot of people DON'T wear their seatbelt, just get over it already, i hate her as much as the next guy but yeeesh. theres a LOT of stupider things she does than forget her seatbelt
