With no giant boulders, snakes or Nazis in sight, the 56-year-old former leading lady turned up at a NYC movie premiere on Monday. She hasn't changed ... much.

Karen will reprise her role in the fourth installment of the action franchise, "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull."

31. Wow #29! Your depth of character is astounding! Yes, because that's what makes beautiful people--how much plastic and injections they can afford. I am by no means anti-surgery--but there's no way in this universe that surgery should be the expected norm of society. I just hope you grow up some day and realize that.

34. You people are all crazy--she hasn't had plastic surgery! Look at the lines around her nose, eyes, neck and mouth. She has aged gracefully and beautifully. I have a similar look to hers, and I hope I look that good at 56!

38. I liked Karen Allen. I loved her in Until September. She was so charming. She was so awesome in Animal House and of course in Raiders...good for her. Can't wait to see the new Raiders movie.

And for those who are too quick to criticize aging, YOU will be there too one day and then you will remember what a silly goose you were......
