What about when blacks use the words White Boy, Cracker etc. don't take no offense to it uless the words are ment to hunrt. DOG and his family helped people no matter what color. A & E put it back on or you will lose a lot of viewer. Dog is good for the ratings...........................

632. Hey I guess its okay for a black person to say "Yo what up NI**ER" to another black person....OH and I have heard it said from a black person to a white person UNCOUNTABLE numbers of times....I guess its okay for a black person to say it to whomever they want but when the WHITE person says it to a BLACK person then OH NO! LOOK OUT THE WHITE GUY IS A RACIST right? What a load of CRAP. And yet is OKAY for a BLACK person to call a WHITE man a CRACKER or HONKEY (which happens to be much WORSE than the N word)...I guess because DOG is famous he isnt entitled to FREE SPEECH and PRIVACY right?? Now you want him to dance like a puppet for the Black Community??? What a load of CRAP. Look, I dont think he should have been using slurs but the guy is entitled to say whatever he wants to, whenever he wants to......Lay off and PUT HIM BACK ON THE AIR....A&E is just rediculous.....He said sorry...that should be good enough...

633. The whole of the Chapman family is absolutly amazing...anyone who watches the show knows that! They go way beyond the call of duty to change peoples lives. This is sooo ridiculous, just because of 1 little word! Can the idiots who have taken the show off air not see how much good they do every single day! I would do anything for them guys because they all have hearts of gold and I look up to them with every bit of respect I have.
Bring back The Dog!

634. Give the Dog a break. What is son did was wrong, dog had nothing to do with it. Why cancel a really good show, lose your ratings. Come on, put them back on the air. TV sucks without the Dog.

636. We have all at sometime in our lives used the N word!!!!!!! So what !!!!!!!!! All colors use the world Black use it more than any other race but nothing ever happens to them to be put off the air so if you all want to punch one person you need to punish them all no matter what color they are I guess in the USA we are allowed to have a privte phone call and say what ever we want or have the freedom of speech I Think we put to much in to words rember action speek louder than words words can not hurt you !!!!

637. we have all said something racial in our lifr time at some point or the other . But Dog is sorry for what he said and the whole incident. Should someone lose everything over one comment that the girlfreind has forgiven him over. Dog is Dog and A & E knew what he was like when they signed him on , So they are really just trying to save face. Not looking out for their employees. I have not watched A & E since they took Dog off and and I know a lot of people that has not.

638. People make mistakes. I must admit I am torn because I feel you can't be a Christian and live the life you want to live as opposed to God's way of living, like having children and living together without wedlock. Isn't this what a lot of people do though? Should we continue to judge everyone for their faults? Because when you point your finger at someone, there are four more pointing back to you.

The same with using words that God would not approve of. However, look at all the good things this man has done for Hawaii especially. This is the reason our justice system and jails are so overcrowded. They let people out that were given long sentence terms. Then you get one bad person but because he comes from money, we are going to hold Dog accountable for capturing him in Mexico? Let's look at the big picture folks!

This is why we have so many channels on cable these days. Therre are a lot of people that enjoy watching Dog and his crew. For those that don't, I'm sure there is another program on a different channel that they can enjoy.

I believe Dog has done too much for these United States to be completely pulled off the air. It seems the more you are in the public eye, although having plenty of money to not have to worry about how to put a roof over your head or clothes on your back, I don't think it would be worth my freedom and yes, that is what I felt Dog was deprived of...his freedom. What happened to the Freedom of Speech Amendment? Again, let us agree with something but change the rules to fit your wants and needs.

I feel that making this mountain over a mole hill just goes to show that Dog's initial impression about this young lady proves to be right. She is the one that is going to have to live with what she did, as will Tucker. But remember, they are still young. Children or young adults these days are very irresponsible and feel that the world owes them.

640. I don't know what is going on in the World these days.... Things WERE really bad when I was growing up in the South. I know a bad motive when I see it! These days it is almost a self-fulfilling prophecy when people talk about racism never going away. Why is ok that we are afraid, not better educated-just afraid, when we open our mouths? Does anybody think this is making racism go away or that we are learning and growing into a more enlightened society? All "Political Correctness" is doing, is making a more aware gap between us. I watch t.v. shows or movies from the 60's and even 70's and 80's and I KNOW that these would not be allowed today! How are we learning? How are we coming together? Martin Luther King hoped for us that we would not see the color of a man's skin- only what was in his heart and mind. How can we EVER begin to do that if society tells us that we will loose our jobs and be ridiculed by others over, what used to be called, a joke or opinion. As far as Dog the Bounty Hunter, he was speaking with his son on a private line. Granted, he was aware that the 'word' is wrong, but his son is the disloyal one. Especially since he got paid. What I don't understand is why our culture would villify a person and cause him to loose his job because an entertainment outlet buys information from a low-life who tapes his father while he is speaking privately on the phone. Will we have the thought police next? No one believes that a person be persecuted for the color of his skin but he can be for what he is thinking or saying. Even if it is done in private. Where are you, Martin, when we need you most???

641. Dog responded in the way that most father's would when they think their son could so influenced by bad company that it could send him back to prison. African Americans can use the N word all the time and that seems to be okay. Why are the whites always discriminated against when it comes to the N word?

645. Maybe actions should speak louder than words. What is Mr. Chapman going to do now? And is that word one he will feel uncomfortable about using when he is home alone with his family? Will they feel uncomfortable about using it, because it's wrong, or because they are afraid someone might be listening? If they really believe in Christ, it will be the former. Only they will know.
