Dog Chapman's Hate-Filled Tirade

The National Enquirer has obtained an explosive and shocking racist rant spewed by Duane Dog Chapman.

WARNING: THIS AUDIO CONTAINS STRONG AND OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE

The Enquirer says they have two tapes of the Dog hurling insults at his son, Tucker, during an undated telephone conversation. It appears as if the Dog is concerned that Tucker's girlfriend, Monique Shinnery, who is black, will set him up because of the language the Dog uses.

In the nearly eight minute long tape posted on the Enquirer's website, Dog says the N word numerous times and demands that Tucker break up with Monique or he'll be fired from the family bail bond business.

Reps for the Dog and A&E were not immediately available for comment.

1621. Thats not enough to tell weather it was taken out of context or not. I mean yes, that does sound incriminating....but thats not enough for me and a few others i know to form an opinion. I think that others will find this as an excuse to "dog" him because he is not your typical bounty hunter. He is someone who does a job and does it well.

1622. If you go to the Bahamas, they use the "N" word all the time.. I think it is who say's it and in what way it is said.

1623. I'm always appalled when these so called good guys act out and say whats really on their minds and now society in general knows what they are really about they're SORRY,APOLOGISES,DIDNT MEAN IT THAT WAY OR WHATEVER other lame excuses when in fact they were in their comfort zone and doing what comes to them naturally. as per his own words .I say it''s a CRYING SHAME!! .Your son did the right thing cudos to him and I hope he continues loving that Chocolate Honey to show you Love knows no BOUNDARIES!!!

1624. Oh, we all need to be so politically correct these days! I am so very shocked! I don't like the "N" word. But, in this country we have a constitution that allows we citizens freedom of speech! Last time I checked, Hawaii was a state in the union. I think that it's no one's business what someone says privately on a phone. Especially it isn't the business of a creepy rag like the National Enquirer. If they are so horrified about the words used, why did they expose our politially correct society to the whole thing????

This takes me back to when Mr.Jimmy Carter was fishing in a boat and fended off a possibly rabid rabbit using a boat oar. Rabbits don't normally go for swims, after all. What a tempest in a teapot that one was!

You all had best check yourselves out before you start tossing stones at other folks.

Enough said.

1625. Chocolate honey? Larry E. that sounds degrading to women of all races. I forgive you though because nobody can know how another person might take something you say and be hurt by it unless you deliberately set out to hurt someone. All sin even unintentional sin is sin. Hard facts.

1626. Dog needs a haircut. I quit watching because of the outdated mullet. Beth could use a breast reduction. OMG! The boobs are gross, not sexy. African Americans call each other the "N" word and some of them refer to Anglos as crackers. Looks like some trash talk on both sides. Dog appears to be seriously sorry so everyone needs to move on. Okay, he could let go of the nasty cigarette habit. Ewwwwwww! Dog is okay, just rough around the edges, which makes his show successful.

1627. give me a break....

u can't tell me all u people on here have never in your life" have used the n-word."
it doesn't mean u hate black people.
and why do black people think it's ok for them to say it to eachother????
stop using this as an excuse to have so much hate.
get over it already, the past is the past keep it there.

1628. The following is the bottom line. Right from the horses mouth..
Hawaii Rules:

Haw. Rev. Stat. § 803-42: Any wire, oral or electronic communication (including cellular phone calls) can lawfully be recorded by a person who is a party to the communication, or when one of the parties has consented to the recording, so long as no criminal or tortious purpose exists. Unlawful interceptions or disclosures of private communications are punishable as felonies.

The one-party consent rule does not apply, however, to the installation of a recording device in a "private place" that will amplify or broadcast conversations outside that private place. All parties who have a reasonable expectation of privacy in that place must consent to the installation of a recording device. Haw. Rev. Stat. § 803-42(b)(3).

Civil penalties for unlawful interception or disclosure include the greater of actual damages or any profits made by the violator, $100 for each day of violation, or $10,000, along with punitive damages, attorney fees and litigation costs. Haw. Rev. Stat. § 803-48. A hotel room has been found by the Hawaii Supreme Court to be a private place where a recording device cannot legally be installed without the consent of the room's occupants. Hawaii v. Lo, 675 P.2d 754 (Haw. 1983).

It is a felony to install or use a surveillance device in a private place to view a person in a "stage of undress or sexual activity" without the person's consent. Haw. Rev. Stat. § 711-1110.9. It is a misdemeanor to possess materials obtained in this manner. If the person is not in such a stage, it is a misdemeanor. Haw. Rev. Stat. § 711-1111.

1629. Want to see if anyone can do this to you? http://www.rcfp.org/taping/states.html.

Allright he said what he said... Can we move on already? My kids and I liked watching the show. Can A&E put it back on? If not, how about any other station picking it up. How about Sirius TV?

1630. All right everyone, lets move on. He said it and he's sorry! Enough already. Miss Thing, you need to get a life and a job. As for Tucker; Man you really screwed up. granted your father wasn't the classic role model every child should have, but to do this to your old man for what $15K, man! If your fathers heart was hurt before because of what you had turned yourself into (to which i'm sure he punished himself enough for not being a good Dad) What were you thinking? Everyone is on the Missy horse, but we should really not forget that you had a great part in this crap happening to your old man. If Dog has it in his heart to forgive you, than he is the man I thought he was. A good Christian. Beth i'm sure has kicked Dog in the pants since this happened, But she is a good Christian woman (Boobs and all people). There are more important things in life and happening in the world that needs our full attention. PS This is my third time trying to post. Is this one appropriate enough now for TMZ to post? Not that the other weren't.

1631. what kind of loving honorable child would call their father on the phone get him upset and then tape the conversation with the sole purpose of selling it to a tabloid paper for the almighty dollar. I think Dog was set up and anyone in their right mind should be asking that question. We didnt hear the whole conversation from hello dad to bye dad... sounds like he was set up and maybe even tape could have been tampered with. I wouldnt doubt he said the N word but come on.... no one can say they have never said words they wished they hadnt.. but we dont all have the loving wonderful son that Dog has now do we....

1632. that was insane. I didn't hear one iota of slander. He wasn't talking against black, mexicans or whatever. He said if he used it, he would get pulled because he's a white man using lingo that white men can't say...Come on people...Can anyone say double standard?

1633. I don't know about anywhere else, but my son has gone through certification for bail bondsman and "bounty hunting",,,, funny, but no where in those papers does it approve of having a criminal background,,,, go figure,,,, I guess he needs an A&E show to make it o.k.

1634. Listen, give it a rest. I'm so sick of people forgetting we do all in fact live in America and have FREEDOM OF SPEECH. WHY then is Dog being persecuted for something spoken in a private conversion? The guilty party here is DOGS SON TUCKER. Shame on you Tucker just because Daddy didnt give you a slice of his pie you do the ultimate sin and betray your own father. Ever listen to Rap music man the N word is stated constantly yet wow I dont hear or see any bleeding hearts whining about it instead the singers and writers of suh are catapulted into super stardom.

1635. Dog made a mistake and he is going to pay for it. I think that his son should have not explotied him like he did. I know a lot of African Americans who loved his show and now they are upset. If he is a born again Christian why would he cuss like he does and his wife has a potty mouth as well.
