1441. You know this really doesn't surprise me one bit at Dog behavior he displays this type of character on his show, but he covers it up. I can see right thru him. Dog needs to be punished for his use of racial words . Dog did you think you were above the law? Dog should be fined $10,000.00 for every letter he used that was racial. Peace

1443. I think the real Dog just came out of the closet. Listening to the tape with the harshness in his tone suggest to me he is exactly what he seems-- a racist. I briefly watch the show and admire them when they pray. The way he spoke those words on the tape suggests to me it's his everyday language. He never stumbled or faulterd on any of his words--they flowed out I say "Shame On You Dog" for trying to fool the public, but there was ONE you couldn't fool and that was "God". "Whatever you do in the dark will come out in the light" You should have read your bible. The one you should have been afraid of exposing you was God. Don't be mad at your son because God used that moment to bring you to your knees. On your knees is where you should be asking God to forgive you for using His name in your show. How many others have you seen "Fall From Grace". You got too big and He decided to humble you. It's sad that your whole show was built on a LIE.

Hell I have some best friends that are black and I use the N word around them all the time and they do too, but someone gets on a PRIVATE CONVERSATION and uses it and they are a racisist. There is no context in which he could have been using that kind of language and have it acceptable to fair-minded people. It is most difficult to understand someones disguse if you have not travelled in their shoes. I think everyone is blowing this way way to big. this man has done a lot of good for the world look at the way he was treated in mexico -just think that could have been your wife=sister=mother--he was wrong but can you not forgive him as the LORD forgives us.I am white but I have black friends that think like I do --as far as his show do people out there want him to quit doing the good job he does? how many of you out there have ever used that word it's like the word that the blacks have for us so good Lord forget it and go and find someone or something else to dwell on.

1447. I am still a "Dog" fan. This was a personal conversation between father and son. We don't know the whole story behind the conversation. Dog has done so much good work I don't think we should crucify him for this. I don't want my kids dating blacks either and I have also used the "N" word in heated arguments. The black people call each other that and it's OK so what's the big deal???????

1448. First off, if you pay attention to the tape, he is not berating her calling her one bacause she is black. He said he didn't care if she was mexican, black or what ever. He could have called her redneck just the same but he didn't. Next, his son is in deep water himself for illegally taping a phone conversation. It is illeal to tape a phone conversation (federal law here) without the other persons knowledge. And on top of that he sold it ! OMG ! What do you want to bet that Dog, the kind soul he is don't make a stink out of that ? But then again, he may not have to ? The Feds may do it anyway. His son may already be in trouble for that. He should not have used the word period HOWEVER, it was in private AND it was to his own child. Have any one of you never had a private conversation with anyone ? To someone that you thought would never get out ? Come on ? It has happened at least once in your life time. Cast not the first stone. Just because you may not like this man, don't judge him. He is not my favorite person either but he is human just like we are. At least he did do the human race one favor when he went and caught that heir to the Max Factor cosmetics empire and fugitive convicted rapist, Andrew Luster. No one here, including law inforcement, FBI included could do it. We all may walk a good walk or talk a good talk and sure we may not use the N word or call people rednecks or at least try not to, and no he was not doing it in public, he was saying it "out of context" to his child in PRIVATE, but we say alot of other things that are just as bad or could be taken as bad. 1451. I like the fact that someone commented about the "why" instead of the what. One thing I certainly agree with is that he could have said anything he wanted to in private, about anyone and it should have been kept private. So, in my last comment, it should not be mistaken that I am against anyone, but instead, pointing out that people cannot be anything more or less than they are by thier values and what was instilled in them during thier rearing. So, the son Tucker use the F instead of the T, is the bad culprit here. I dont think I would sell my Dad out for his private racial words to me about any girlfriend. The son's bad judgement will cost him a lifetime of guilt. Lets just do what we can to mold a society whereas they wont be experiencing all of this type crap in thier futures. In about 20 years, most of those ruined by thier parents with the racial demeaning defense, will be all dead or dying so they wont be a threat anymore. Peace to all of you.

1454. Being a black man, we have to remember that behind closed doors we all say things that aren't proper about other races!!! What happens behind closed doors should stay behind closed doors! 1455. I am sick of some of you spoiled brats insisting that Dog coversation should be private. I would be more repective of you if you admitted that you are a racist. I am used to playing the hand I am dealt be it race or other. Don't refer to race card since it is something Ronald Regan started. Dog's words were harmful and takes us back to Govenors like Lester Maddox and others. It is never acceptable for anyone to use the "N" word but remember the phrase- pot can't call the kettle black".
