Don Vito Collapses after Conviction

Don Vito has been found guilty of two counts of sexual assault on a child. He was acquitted on one count.

Vito, real name Vincent Margera, who is Bam Margera's outrageous uncle on MTV's "Viva La Bam," was accused of fondling three girls during a public appearance at a mall in a Denver suburb. The victims of the sexual assault were 12 and 13. After the verdict was read, Don collapsed to the floor and yelled, "Just kill me now!" Deputies restrained him -- and took his ass off to jail.

celeb mugshots - click to launchThe crappy uncle still faces 12 felony counts for allegedly violating his bail; he was to have no contact with children under 18, and not consume drugs or alcohol, and was to provide detailed information on any business travel. The verdict on those counts is still pending. Vito will be sentenced on December 20.

35. Damn. I liked Bam. But it's obvious that he was just pimping out his diseased uncle. The "persona"? Doesn't Bam mean the "product"? Shame on Bam for keeping the camera on this guy, knowing how deep his issues were. Bam, the enabler and pimp. A sober man's thoughts are a drunk man's actions . . . No excuse for being a child molester. And no excuse for walking the line between putting children in danger and protecting them. Bam and his show are culpable in child molestation. No spolight, no audience, no children starstruck by a dangerous drunk.

Money & Fame won't fix everything, I am sure that Don Vito has the mind of a child and after years of Bam having Don Vito do rediculous things, the lines between reality and Bam's reality confused the poor pervert.

42. This really makes me sick . and im with everyone else. why would a parent bring their child to see this guy? As a mother of 3 i say he is def getting what he deserves!! To say they thought these kids were 18.... come on ... you can clearly tell the difference between a 12 year old vs. an 18 year old. BTW where were the parents while this was going on...Hopefully they were not letting them rome the mall by themselves... not in the world we live in today!!
