Don Vito Collapses after Conviction

Don Vito has been found guilty of two counts of sexual assault on a child. He was acquitted on one count.

Vito, real name Vincent Margera, who is Bam Margera's outrageous uncle on MTV's "Viva La Bam," was accused of fondling three girls during a public appearance at a mall in a Denver suburb. The victims of the sexual assault were 12 and 13. After the verdict was read, Don collapsed to the floor and yelled, "Just kill me now!" Deputies restrained him -- and took his ass off to jail.

celeb mugshots - click to launchThe crappy uncle still faces 12 felony counts for allegedly violating his bail; he was to have no contact with children under 18, and not consume drugs or alcohol, and was to provide detailed information on any business travel. The verdict on those counts is still pending. Vito will be sentenced on December 20.

77. And by the way, there was no joy or pleasure in any of this for the 12 year old girl. After it happened she was found sitting in a corner on the sidewalk crying. The family event was turned into something horrible and devasting. For days everyone was in shock. For months afterwards she was afraid to go in public places and thought "old men were looking at her". What a travisity that in a moment a childs innocence can be taken away from them by an adult who should know better.

79. parents need to better supervise their kids, whether they want to admit it or not it's their responsibity. the rest of the world is DONE with doing their parenting and i think its good that we're seeing a shift. before parents could blame everything on society, TV, video games, the sun, the moon, etc. not anymore! but the guy's still a creepy pervert who shouldn't be allowed anywhere near kids

88. It is truly a sad day when people pay Don Vito to come to malls.
It seems to me that all these " REALITY STARS" are made famous by
their siblings and the people who watch the show, I cant stand now of them
including SteveO, Knoxville and the rest of the clowns.

89. I am not making excuses for Don Vito because ewe just ewe. But perhaps he really thought the girls were 18, I work in education and I hear the girls talking all the time how they have told guys they are older then what they are. Face it America there are some older looking 12, and 13 year olds. There are also some very young looking 18 - 21 year olds. Its a catch 20 situation.

P.S. Children are growing up a lot faster now then when we were children
