16. What parent wouldn't be mad that some stranger is talking to their child? I would've done the same thing. And after viewing many clips of how the papparazzi swarm on people, I highly doubt this guy was just minding his own business.

To most people (and some celebrities) having your photo taken against your will is a personal invasion. It's like being publicly raped.

If someone wants to have sex with you and you say "NO!", then from that minute onward it is rape, pure and simple.

You can't rape someone with your cameras, either.

There should be laws that the paps have to abide by.

23. This paparazzi is full of, "PAP!" I've seen and heard the paps from TMZ's own cameras. If a pap hangs around a star, he's there only to do a, so-called, "job." Hes' only there to get a response to put on a show, in a mag or on a website. He doesn't care personally about anything else, even the star and/or star's family. So, this lying pap can take a flying leap. Like I said yesterday, I hope this dope gets charged with stalking or harrassment., BIG TIME!

I just can't conceive of why there aren't laws in California (and all other states, for that matter) that protect people from this type of invasion.

You can imagine why Angelina Jolie was livid about that filthy pap crawling up a drainpipe or tree, or whatever, and filming pictures of her bathing her children. That's sick!
