Pierce vs. Pap -- Who's to Blame?

31. Do you really want us to believe that your photog was just asking questions, not saying mean, crude and rude things, and out of no where, he was punched? Please, your the same ones who refused to show the face of the photog looking up Paris dress, then showing the pictures later as "Oh, she has her butt hanging out" The photogs have gotten out of control. Even on your show, you can hear what bad things the photogs say to get a response. They have became the used car salemen of the 1950's. Everyone but you hates them. They are bottom feeders, and yes, I am aware that I read the articules, but that and many photogs needed to be given the Heave Ho, back to hell, or from whatever rock they crawled out of ......

34. One Patato, I'd give you the benefit for the doubt and think you're confusing Keely and Pierce with the rumors of Kelly LeBrock and Seagal but something tells me you're just one potato short of a full bushel. There's never been any history of violence between Pierce and Keely .

If the photographer doesn't understand why it's wrong to speak with a 6 year old and keeping taking his photo and then not back off when his father tells him to then he deserves much more than being poked/shove/punched etc in the ribs. How can even TMZ not know how wrong that is and how much it's crossing a line?

39. I'm on Pierce's side here, that pap had no business doing what he did and is obviously lying(the lil sos). I know dealing with paps is part of being famous and Pierce could have handled it better-i am just sick of losers like this guy going too far in getting too close to a celeb when they are trying to go about their lives. Something needs to be done to keep leeches like this guy at a distance from celebs.

42. Quite honestly, any paparazzi that gets the crap beat out of them, has it coming. While actors/actresses put themselves in the public eye just by being who they are, no one deserves the stuff they have to put up with from the paparazzi. Someone is going to get killed one of these days if the paps keep this up. Oh wait. That already happened didn't it? They chased Princess Diana to her death already.

there is an old saying "all things in moderation" For those who don't want to be photographed, you take a few pictures and be on your merry way , you don't try and "interview them" to get a reaction. Almost always negative, by the way.!! However, those celebs who call you ahead of time and notify that they are going to buy a latte now (i.e. Brittney)or going to the mall (i.e. the bimbo married to the soccer great) I say go after them with everything you got and be annoying as hell ...

This is a link to a site that fights against invasive paparazzi abuses. It is a part of a bigger site of Care2.com- which is basically a head for a bunch of political action stuff. I signed up against this pap abuse because it is Totally Out of Hand now! I guess having a press badge entitles you to nearly unlimited freedom into people's private lives now! 45. H.mmm, you mean Pierce wasn't receptive to a stranger talking to his kids??? When the photographers keep pushing the bounderies they are going to cut off their nose to spite their face when laws get passed restricting their movements toward celebrities. And it won't be a day too soon.
