21. Don't babies look so cute, and confused, when we dress them all up with the makeup and all? They just have this blank look on their faces.....:) My daughter was about that size when I dressed her as a leopard with a long tail. I sat her on the potty at Wal-Mart before going out to trick or treat and her tail 'accidentally' dipped into the water.....I was mortified, so we had to rush around and find another tail......lol
