Really? If that person was a performance artist, and pretty much everything about their music and image was about violence... then yes, yes I would say that their art had something to do with the violence. 26. Glad to see the charge was a Felony version of Assault. Coupled with a previous conviction this will be a sentence of Jail if found guilty.

I'm about sick of hearing when someone gets bumped into they act as if their whole being and family has been personaly and directly attacked. It happens a lot in Clubs, especially with the working help honey, people are working and bumping should be expected, not an excuse to act out your inner rage on the innocent.

What exactley does this mean ?All the people that make racial slur's or overtone's are the ones that drive racism ?I seriously doubt it was racial ,my bet is it has more to do with a superiority complex more than anything .These young stars ,or should I say entertainers forget to turn their stage selves off and seems these personas fester like a boil until they think we revolve around them .If I were that waitress I'd of smacked the shizzzzzzzz outta her ,waitresses have it hard enough while putting up with peoples complexes that they are way above the waitress .Just my opinion ...
