Nick Hogan made a very public appearance with fast cars at the big SEMA car show in Las Vegas yesterday, just one day before Florida authorities say his criminal case could be moving forward -- and a short time later, Polaroid, the sponsor of his drift car, dropped him from its roster. While his pal John Graziano, the former Marine who was critically injured in the souped-up car Hogan crashed on August 26, remains in a coma in Florida, Hogan spent the day kibbitzing with fans in the NOPI Drift Racing Booth at the show.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, the case against Hogan could go to the State Attorney as soon as today.
Meanwhile, Nick's dad, Hulk Hogan, spent Tuesday night partying at the Playboy Club in The Palms Hotel.
It's a shame that he wasn't put under control a little by his parents earlier. Maybe it wouldn't have happened, maybe it would have. Ya never know. But most have done what he has done on the street. He just overdrove his ability and has on many occasions. Partly because hie FRIENDS feed him what he wants to hear. So don't blame the dude entirely. Friends can be your worse enemy. Jail? Why. Ya have to have a case before ya do time. Lighten up people. Easy to take shots from a lower station in life.

ANF-- So if your friend jumped off a cliff you would do it too eh? Sounds like you are saying "Let kids be kids!" What you are failing to see here is a kid who openly admits he has gotten special treatment from law enforcement because of his celebrity status(His Dad). Not only on one account, but SEVERAL!!! What you said is irrelevant, Nick was the driver of the car and I am very sure no one forced his foot on the gas pedal. He was responsible for his passengers!!!! Nick was also busted for not wearing a seatbelt earlier in Aug. Obviously you have not been paying attention because a seat belt would NOT have changed John's condition. This is not based on speculation, but based on the damages to the car, excessive speed etc etc etc. Anyone who wants to shove some of the blame on John is ignorant.Thats ok with you though since he is the one fighting for his life! To think he actually put his life on the line for people like you. You honestly need a damn reality check and quit kissing the Hogan's a**!
RacerX- Another person who needs a reality check.......since when are your friends responsible for YOUR actions??? Sorry, but that crap wouldn't hold up in court. I suggest you come up with something different, because that excuse is getting pretty lame!
I still can't believe this doofus almost killed a Marine. Who survived two tours in Iraq. It's unfair that some useless spoiled brat like Nick can continue racing cars while a young man like John, who understood the meaning of honor, duty and commitment, will be left braindead, perhaps for his whole life.
"Some people spend an entire lifetime wondering if they made a difference. The Marines don't have that problem."
Nick is very much in need of punishment for his actions. It's really sad that his parents aren't parenting. How about the remorse or empathy for the injured young man and his family? Mr. Bollea (Hogan) adult toys should remain with adults and not immature brats. Way to teach your son to accept responsibility for his actions and be a man, so please stop with he's a 17 year old minor. His actions were criminal and the punishment should fit the nature of his crime. I have a 17 year old and believe me if he had committed a act like this I would be a parent and tell him to face the responsibility of his actions.
The sad state of affairs is that Hulk Hogan was nominated Father of the Year 2007. If that man is what father's should attempt to emulate, then this country is in serious trouble.
Britney Spears might miss a lot more 'X Factor' auditions ... because she can! Simon Cowell gave Brit damn near free reign in order to sign the pop star to that $15 million deal -- but is it backfiring? We'll tell you what peeps on the set are saying.Plus, Chris Jericho's…
