Gossip Gangstar Perez Hilton just breathed a $20 million sigh of relief.

An L.A. County Superior Court judge just dismissed the pricey lawsuit filed by DJ Samantha Ronson against Perez, over an article he ran on his website suggesting that Sam supplied the cocaine found in Lindsay Lohan's infamous Memorial Day DUI smash-up.

Hilton argued that the lawsuit was an attempt to stifle his right of free speech, and the judge agreed. The judge also ordered Ronson to pay all of Perez's attorney fees.

You know what this means: more drawn-on coke boogers for everybody!

Sam is a leech in Hollyweird thinking she's everybody's friend but to tell you the truth, nobody can stand her. Saw a picture of her sitting @ the table w/Nicole when she got back the other day. She just didn't look right sitting @ the table.

27. I'm all for free speech, but people like Perez abuse that right. I think there is a big difference in personal free speech and printing these horrible stories about people on a website that draws an income.
That being said, people who don't know Sam should just shut up. If she was the pariah you make her out to be, she would have been gone a long time ago. Nicole and Lindsay have been friends of Samantha's for years, it's not some new thing.
