I don't understand this , why dismiss it? Dose Perez have the right to print anything he wants about someone regardless if it's true or not?
In that case what makes this different from Rita Cosby's horrible book of make believe and law suits that followed?
Anyone know the law out there in TMZ land? I'm puzzled.

34. I hear that Perez ONLY won because this particular L.A. County Superior Court judge LOVES being boned by a fat pink-haired cheesy fat gossip columnists. This judge just loves him some Perez Hilton.

36. I think the judge was right. Most times I don't agree with judges on celebrity cases, but lately they've been doing the right thing, and not letting celebrity blind them.

This woman was just mad, and the only way that she would have had a case was if she would prove that he was slandering her, and she couldn't.

Most lawsuits should be handled like this. If someone sues someone else, and they lose, they should pay the other paties' legal fees.
