17. Here in Cali you MUST get a valid CALIFORNIA license if you reside here, within 6 mos, I think? I was actually pulled over and given a "fix-it ticket" to get a CA license within a few weeks of moving to L.A.! So, that, along with the court order TMZ described means Ms. Spears DID break the law. They didn't arrest her for it or anything, and this points out her la-la-la-la disregard for being told she "has" to do anything. It is a simple task to accomplish the things the courts demanded, SHE dropped the ball.

TMZ im so proud of you! people need to held accountable for their actions and there is nothing wrong with that! having a valid license is a basic law, we ALL have to obey it. she's not special, she's a NOBODY! she has proven that she does NOT care about anything the court has to say, how she's passing those drug tests i'll never know. but your luck will run out skank and you'll be drinking and popping pills in no time

22. She has to be the dumbest stump around if she doesn't know right from wrong regarding driving a vehicle.....with all her money, assistants, lawyers & who-ever else who probably told her to get a valid drivers licence, and she hasn't yet,it all just goes to show how truly dumb she is !!!
Maybe she should take a driving course also.

27. Actually, we don't know if she's passed any drug tests. The results can only be seen by approved people. Anyone, not approved can be fined $2500.00 for each offence.

29. Some of the coments on here are so far off. First, in the state of California, you must switch your drivers license within 10 days from residing in the state. With that being said, Britney has been in Ca. for over 5 years!!!!!! To those who believe that her license from a different state was valid, well it was for the state it was from, but not California. As to why no one is staking out Kevin, well, what has he done lately to deserve someone from watching his every move? Nothing! Kevin is not out showing his privates to the world (like Britney), driving all over with the kids in the back seat (like Britney, when she has them), calling the paps and letting them know where he will be at (like Britney), driving over someones foot (like Britney), hitting a parked vehicle and taking off (again, like Britney), and on and on. The judge ruled the way he did for a reason. It is obvious that the judge had a valid reason for not giving shared custody back to Britney.Yes, as a new mother, she may not know everything, however, there if she didn't know what to do then she could have seeked out help, if she cared. So many come and make excuses for this girl and it is sad. The welfare of the children should be what is important, not Britney's little party habits! As to the Kevin bashing, how do any of you know what kind of father he truely is? For all you know, he could just be a terrific parent. Just because he may have made mistakes along the way, he isn't out exposing these poor kids to the media in order to gain attention like Britney does. She needs help and these kids need to be with someone who would be looking out for their best interest, not Britney's!!
