36. As I understand the legal system (which isn't well) to serve someone you actually have to physically hand the papers to them. It doesn't count if you toss it in their car. So I guess they are going to have to re-serve her!

Are you suggesting that the media is ruining Brit's life? I don't even know why I'm responding to you as I really think you'll come back and say your post was poorly written sarcasm. The media isn't ruining her life, sweetie, SHE IS. When I want peace and quiet, like we all deserve to have, I don't go out in public and make a spectacle out of myself DAILY. She has two huge homes, both in gated communities. Wow, that sounds peaceful to me! She can afford a helluva lot more peace than I can. I only have one and the only gate around here is the one I use to keep the dog in the laundry room when company comes over. Feel sorry for me? Listen, she chooses to be a celebrity in the lime light 24/7. That's what she wants. She chose the path and she chooses not to deter from the path. She's the common denominator in her screwed up life. Get it?

41. 21- I'm a process server. As long as you know you're in vicinity of the person you are serving, and they know you have the papers, you could throw them on the street and say they've been served if you really wanted to. I've known people who, when the servee is giving them a hard time, have crumpled the papers into a ball and thrown them at them. It's still a legal serve.
