18. WHO'S THE WACKO?

While I remembered the veggie recipe lady from before Ms. Seinfeld on talk shows, I NEVER would have known there was a controversy until Jerry went off on Letterman about a 'Wacko' that was suing his poor innocent wife.

ALSO: I never would have known about Michael Richards' rant until Jerry went on Letterman to expose it all. I doubt that would have had any traction were it not for the Letterman show.

I hope the cookbook lady sues for stealing ideas AND defamation of character.

21. I absolutely agree with Subutex and Just Sayin'. Coincidentally, Stern was defending the author-mother on his show just the other day, saying that she didn't deserve to be called a "wacko" on national television, as she was just a mom trying to do her thing. Plus, she wasn't even the one who had initiated the fuss about Jerry's wife's book - others had brought it to her attention. Jerry Seinfeld is an obnoxious, overblown, unfunny bully whose "classic" TV show nearly got canceled in its first few weeks, except it came out back in the days when networks gave shows more of a chance to succeed. Today, "Seinfeld" would've been here today, gone today. But not only is he a bully, he's a coward, because he knows he won't be saying a damned thing against Howard's cousin. He won't even come on the show. Bee-Ceuticals is a successful company that has been using their slogan in their radio spots for quite a while, and just because Seinfeld's never heard of them, that doesn't mean they can't nail him in court.

27. First, Mrs. Seinfeld was accused of stealing recipes for her cookbook, and now Mr. Seinfeld and Dreamworks are accused of stealing a possibly trademarked slogan for his movie. Does anybody see a pattern here? I can't stand Howard Stern, but I hope his cousin wins this one.

28. It's bad enough the constant plugs movies get on the talk show circuit. But it goes beyond obnoxious with the "Bee Shorts" in between NBC primetime shows, with Jerry hawking the movie ad nauseum. An EX LAX commercial is more enjoyable.............
