Mike Boogies His Way to the Big House

"Big Brother" winner and celeb restauranteur Mike "Boogie" Malin was arrested in Denver earlier this week for allegedly assaulting a waitress in a sports bar.

Malin was in town for the World Series, and as Eater LA reports, he's a huge Sox fan and was "celebrating" his team's win. Party on!

The 37-year-old is a partner in the Dolce Group (which also boasts Ashton Kutcher as an investor) and owns Hollywood hotspots Les Deux and Geisha House.

He was booked and released on bail. Go Sox!

77. When will real news be reported. Information about Hollywood delinquents perversons is not beneficial. The fact that they are being arrested and jailed is good, but how about using this media to provide images that will build our nation instead of degrading and destroying.

79. I think Danny Bonaduce needs to give him a flip over the shoulder. Never liked this guy especially after what he did to Erika on Big Brother, not that she was innocent.

81. I don't know what all the excitement is about. I have friends who says he really doesn't like women...he likes men...OLDER men! Maybe that's why he hates women so much. I've been in his places and I've seen his action. BEWARE...anal warts isn't all he has!
