Now that Lindsay Lohan and Riley Giles are out of Utah and in photog-friendly Los Angeles, Riley is playing his part well -- by taking a backseat to his starlet girlfriend's celebrity. Down in front!

Lohan and her recreational snowboarding boyfriend ate at Katsuya in Hollywood last night. When it came time for the pair to make their exit, Lindsay hopped into the passenger seat and posed for several pics ... while Giles slithered into the back, barely noticed.

That's what they call a "metaphor."

17. i'm just curious...isn't there a seatbelt law in california? when these celebs and their drivers take off, they don't put on their seat belts. isn't that a punishable violation under the law? it sure is everywhere else in the country, but we don't get photographed BREAKING THE LAW.

25. LL needs to be more selective in her companions. Just getting out of rehab and bringing a rehabber with her, is only going to drag her down. Hopefully she'll get rid of him before anything untoward happens. This is the best chance she has to stay clean!

26. Lindsay Lohan has a very low level of intelligence as any NORMAL person that has her issues (and once-promising career) would do everthing possible to AVOID the photogs.

However, Lindsay has no professional guidance and thinks that what a no-talent hotel heiress does applies to her. Paris Hilton NEEDS paparazzi to maintain her "Celebrity Personalty."

With all the paps, Lindsay is an actress that we just know TOO much about an just do not like.
