31. What a selfish PIG! She really has no comprehension of her actions affecting other people. I guess when you think the whole world revolves around you, the little people are the ones who suffer because of it. I also LOVE how her car is apparently not licensed, notice the lack of a license plate on the rear of her car. Guess she loves going to court, because not only did she park in a handicapped space, we also are looking at failure to register a vehicle, driving an improperly licensed vehicle and I would love to know if she has insurance. She's looking at about $1500-$2000 in fines.

44. Not everyone who has a handicap permit has a visible handicap. Some look normal but walking long distances can put too much stress on their heart or possibly they have other issues. Known a few people like this. Maybe people think it is acceptable since their are parking issues but it isnt. She could have parked elsewhere or done what every other citizen with morals does...find another parking space! I am sure she could have paid a pap to go wash it while she tanned.
