31. I honestly beleive some of these paps stand out there hoping something like this will happen...............so something like this can happen....a lawsuit! Something has got to be done about protecting these "celebrities" from these leeches.

39. Paps should have no right to sue when they are the ones putting themselves in danger. For example, maybe your foot would not get run over if you weren't in the way!

I believe that the legislator needs to limit the first amendment so that no pap can get within 150 feet of a celeb. There I got that off my chest.

40. Jackie that is a very good point. You know the paps are always looking for an easy way to get cash and this way it would make it a little harder for them and maybe the courts could see it this way. Hell maybe even Brit would have fewer excuses for her mishaps as well as LiLo. Really all in all a great idea.

44. For the record TMZ at no time was Keanu ever handcuffed. This paparazzis claim is so farfetched I have to wonder how desperate these lawyers in LA are to take a case like this.

45. All of the posts I've read pretty much say the same thing. I think Reeves should counter sue the Paparazzi and claim FRAUD with intent to seek monetary gain? In the Auto Insurance industry; people stage accidents and seek out fancy cars to get in front of and slam on the brakes all the time. I googled a couple stories about guys who got greedy and did it many times and got caught and who are now in prison for it. All of these Paps are a danger to public safety. Whether knocking over gumball machines or motorcycles or scratching autos when they frenzy, they should be made to pay for destruction of private or public property. I bet you Britney could sue half of their employers or vendors for emotional pain and suffrage and make a killing? And to the Paps? Jump in my path trying to get a shot of celebrity king or queen of the day, and end up nothing more than a deer in my headlights! And I'll sue anyone who have bough your pictures (your enablers/employers) for the cleaning bill to my bumper...Thank you...
