There was a lawsuit filed against her in Los Angeles but it was thrown out last Spring.

Typical hilton arrogance. She's been in a hotel, and suddenly she knows about how to create & run them? With it's own signature scent? Puh-leeze; it sounds like this is the fantasy of a young girl who thought that her last name entitled her to play in the yard with the big boys. Well, she found out that not only didn't she know what she was doing, but no one took her seriously. They just took her money for her idiotic, unresearched ego trip, and laughed all the way to the bank.

Nicky, stick to showing up at parties and acting bored & indifferent (or dancing on tables without any underwear), like your idiot sister. It doesn't require any brainpower or education (which both of you morons lack), and is all you're good for. It was the builder who had financial problems, it wasn't Nicky Hilton's fault.
The same builder also had previous problems on a project in Chicago.
No, Nicky had nothing to do with the hotel building going belly up. They could not touch her on that.

28. I just read the FUNNIEST thing. The Hiltons hardly have the cash they profess to have. An interesting article in the latest Vanity Fair magazine discusses their insatiable need for incoming cash, how the family really pushed Paris' skank tape, how mommy Kathy pimps herself out as scenary for as little as $5000. Nothing is ever what it seems!! How gullable are we? Nikki seem the most sane of all though....

29. Signing a licensing agreement with Falor was a huge mistake in judgment.
It's prime real estate, but in today's market, converting a hotel such as this into condo units with plans as ambitious as these was risky...especially, with his track record in recent years.
